He has extensive experience in several facets of technology including pre-sales engineering, Microsoft Server, Citrix XenApp, Cisco routing and switching, VMware vSphere, business continuity, disaster recovery, security, and incident response.

As a pre-sales engineer, He has been a part of a team that has consistently exceeded company goals and set both annual and quarterly sales records. Jarrod played a pivotal role in growing a new geographic market 800% since 2014.
